My review of Claudia Schiffer’s new makeup line
I don’t know much about ARTDECO, nor about Claudia Schiffer (other than the fact that she’s one of the most famous top models of all time), but for some reason this range piqued my interest.
Let’s have a look at the products I’ve been testing over the past couple of weeks!
A pieces from the new Claudia Schiffer Makeup range: Quad Eye Shadow in Pretzel Shades, Smokey Eye Styler in Chestnut, Cream Lipstick in Nude, No Colour Setting Powder, Compact Blusher in Hot Sand
Claudia Schiffer Smokey Eye Styler in Chestnut (€14.95)
The Claudia Schiffer Smokey Eye Styler in Chestnut is so creamy and pigmented and easy-to-blend and long-lasting. Plus, the deep chocolaty brown shade is one I personally adore.
Big thumbs up!
Claudia Schiffer Quad Eye Shadow in Pretzel Shades (€29.50)

I think the Claudia Schiffer Quad Eye Shadow in Pretzel Shade is THE perfect neutral quad.
It has an ideal two vs. two matte-shimmer balance and you get a good range of light and darker shades.
Oh, and blendability and longevity are definitely not an issue.
Claudia Schiffer No Colour Setting Powder (€36)
Are you familiar with the NARS Light Reflecting Pressed Setting Powder?
Well, the Claudia Schiffer No Colour Setting Powder is practically the same thing. It’s perfect to set my dry under-eye area without making it look drier or crepey.
Having oily skin, on the rest of my face I prefer something a bit more mattifying, but if you’re drier than me I think you’re gonna love this powder to set your entire makeup, as it does the job without looking powdery at all.
Claudia Schiffer Compact Blusher in Hot Sand (€29.50)
Swatches of the Claudia Schiffer Compact Blusher in Hot Sand: blended (L) and heavy (R)
I like that the Claudia Schiffer Compact Blusher in Hot Sand is pretty pigmented but also blends out really well, so you don’t run the risk of applying too much. It has good staying power on my oily skin and is a nice goes-with-everything type of shade.
Claudia Schiffer Cream Lipstick in Nude (€17.95)
Let’s see… How can I put it plainly?
The Claudia Schiffer Cream Lipstick in Nude is awful.
It’s not just that I dislike the shade (waaaay too peachy for me), but the formula is also reeeally bad. It feels heavy, emphasizes texture and settles into my vertical lip lines.
No. Thank you.
Wearing the Claudia Schiffer Quad Eye Shadow in Pretzel Shades and the Smokey Eye Styler in Chestnut on my eyes, the No Colour Setting Powder and Compact Blusher in Hot Sand on my complexion and the Cream Lipstick in Nude on my lips (I smushed it in with my finger to make it somewhat wearable…)
Even though the lipstick is a total miss for me, 4 products out of 5 I really like, so I’d definitely like to try more in the future.
