Essie Gel Couture Nail Color in Bubbles Only: Fall at Your Fingertips

The Essie Gel Couture Nail Color in Bubbles Only ($11.50)

Essie Gel Couture Nail Color Bubbles Only Review SwatchesBubbles Only!

You will most likely hear me utter this little phrase in the following two scenarios:

  1. At a bar to order wine, since my favorite types are usually sparkling. Franciacorta? Prosecco? Champagne? Yes, please! 😉
  2. If you asked me what my favorite fall 2016 nail polish is.

That’s right! If I had to choose just one nail polish to wear throughout the fall, it would definitely be the Essie Gel Couture Nail Color in Bubbles Only, a gorgeous deep red with a hint of brown – the ultimate automnal shade, if you ask me.

Fall ColorsA watercolor by my friend Lara. That big red leaf totally reminds me of Essie Bubbles Only!

According to Essie, the Gel Couture nail polishes are supposed to last up to 14 days when used in combination with the Gel Couture Top Coat, which I don’t have, so I used my trusty Essence The Gel Nail Polish Top Coat, instead. When I took off Bubbles Only after wearing it for 8 days, it was still pretty much intact (the regular Essie nail polishes usually chip in 2/3 days on me).

Paint me impressed! 😉

Essie Gel Couture Nail Color Bubbles Only Review SwatchesThe wide, domed brush of the Essie Gel Couture Nail Color allows me to paint a whole nail in just one swipe without touching my cuticles – which is awesome!

So, shade, performance, and brush – I really like everything about the Essie Gel Couture Nail Color in Bubbles Only, and can’t recommend it highly enough!

Have you tried any of the Essie Gel Couture nail polishes? How did you like them? And what’s your favorite nail color this fall?

It’s a gorgeous shade indeed, so far I’ve really been into deep, almost black shades (the Grenat Irrévérent l’Oréal Oil Nail Varnish is my favourite at the moment)!

I have not yet tried any of the new polishes, simply because I don´t want to buy any new polishes at the moment. But I agree, the color is absolutely autumnal.
My favorite fall shade is probably a brownish red as well, but as I haven´t painted my nails in weeks I can´t think of one from the top of my head.

I love these kinds of deep & dark shades of nail polish. I haven’t tried any of these yet. I’ll have to do that. :]

I have yet to try this new Essie nail polish, well not ever since they release the new packaging but I know so many raved about them. That is such a stunning shade, the perfect nail for Autumn.

I love when a nail polish has a wide brush, I do not understand why companies still make thin and narrow brushes! The colour is awesome, I love a nice dark red colour on my nails!

I’ve been really wanting to try these! I’ve heard a lot of good things and my favorite YouTubers rave about them. This colour is so pretty and totally fall. I think I might give in and pick a few up this weekend. I feel like they always get you with “lasts longer with OUR top coat.” Makes you have to spend more money, which sucks haha. Hope you have a great weekend lady, and enjoy Madrid!

I have heard such wonderful things about Essie’s gel polishes, I’ve been dying to try them! This color is gorgeous for fall, though your nails look 100% more perfect than mine ever do when I attempt an at-home manicure.

You know, I JUST reviewed Gala-Vanting! You can scroll down on my blog to see it. I didn’t have such great luck with it. I used the special Essie top coat.

These nail polishes sound great and so long-lasting! There’s nothing worse than freshly painting your nails and they chip quickly after. That’s one of the reasons I went off painting my nails – they got ruined so damn easily lol! So I think I need to try this formula next! In the Fall time, I love to use deep blue and nude shades – I just can’t seem to shake the nude shades lol. – My Autumn Blush Bag – Natural Eyebrow Tutorial for Beginners

It is a gorgeous shade, so no wonder why you could wear it all fall 😉 I need to try these gel ones, when it is colder, it feels like my nail polishes chip easily!

I can see why this would be your go to for Fall. The color is so rich. I’ve been wearing dark colors lately and must seek this one out.
