Glossier Phase 2 Set: 3 Easy-to-Use Products for an Everyday Look

The famous pink bubble wrap Glossier pouch

Products from the Glossier Phase 2 Set ($50): Stretch Concealer, Generation G sheer matte lipstick, and Boy Brow (each product can also be bought individually). For more Glossier reviews, click here

As you can see, I got sucked into Glossier’s hype.

But let me tell you, the three products I’ve personally used are totally worth the hype and have become staples in my makeup bag since the very first moment I tried them about three months ago.

I’ve been pushing back this post because I wanted to talk about all the spring releases first, but now it’s really time I share my love for the Glossier Phase 2 Set.

This very well-thought-out set contains three easy-to-use essentials for an everyday natural look: Stretch Concealer, Boy Brow, and Generation G sheer matte lipstick.

Let’s have a closer look at each individual product!

Glossier Stretch Concealer in Medium ($18)

 Glossier Stretch Concealer in Medium

I’m sure most of you won’t know that, even though I have oily skin pretty much everywhere on my face, my eye area is more on the dry side.

Thanks to the natural oils it contains, the Glossier Stretch Concealer is incredibly moisturizing, so it doesn’t emphasize my dryness one bit.

As a trade-off, it doesn’t have the best coverage or staying power, but hey, you gotta pick you’re battles!

Glossier Boy Brow in Black ($16)

Luckily my brows don’t need too much help, so on a day-to-day basis I love just using a brow mascara to subtly enhance them and set them in place in one quick swipe.

I really like that the Glossier Boy Brow has a teeny tiny brush, that it makes my brows a little fuller without making them stiff and that it comes in black (many similar products don’t and I find them too light for me).

Generation G in Jam ($18)

 Glossier Generation G in Jam

I’ve never tried anything like the Glossier Generation G before (and I think you know by now that I’ve tried a lot of lip products!), as it’s a sheer lipstick with a matte finish.

The shade Jam gives my lips a very flattering berry flush. I absolutely adore it!

My no-makeup makeup look using Boy Brow in Black, Stretch Concealer in Medium, and Generation G in Jam from the Glossier Phase 2 Set

If you like a natural look and/or easy-to-use, low-maintenance makeup, I can’t recommend the Glossier Phase 2 Set highly enough.

Glossier currently only ships to the US and Puerto Rico, but I used the services of myMallBox to have my order shipped to Italy and was extremely satisfied.

Here you can read about more Glossier products: Generation G in Zip and Crush, Haloscope in Moonlight, Wowder in Light/Medium, Cloud Paint in Dusk, and Milky Jelly Cleanser.

I wish I got your eyebrows, they are perfection! I plan to try something/anything from Glossier this year but gosh, my list is like a few miles long…not sure when I’ll ever get to it.

I’d love it if some website like Cult Beauty started carrying the brand. That would be very convenient!

I’m a huge low-maintenance, easy to throw on makeup girl and I’m trying very hard not to get sucked into the Glossier’s hype, of course the fact that it sounds like the perfect brand for that kind of purpose doesn’t help. The Stretch Concealer sounds particularly right up my street for days where I want to avoid anything too heavy (and therefore drying) around my eyes! Lovely reviews!

I started doing my eyebrows a couple of months ago and now I am obsessed with taking care of them so I have been purchasing and trying many products. The brow mascara looks awesome, love the small brush and I bet it’s super easy to use. Happy Saturday Carol xx

Totally off-topic, but: The US and Puerto Rico. Why Puerto Rico? Out of all places?

I need my concealer to have great staying power, my undereye is oily and my fine lines are canyons when the wrong concealer is used…

Puerto Rico is controlled by the US. It’s almost like the 51st State. 😉

You are jamming with the shade Jam! (Tried to think of a pun- but you look great!) Your brows look so sleek and clean, so envious of them! <3

I really want to try the brand but they don’t currently ship to Canada which is a bummer. I hope to try a few of their products very soon. Love your natural look!

I like the bubble wrap pouch, very cute. I may try this set, looks really good. I’m also loving the matte finish of the sheer lipstick.
